Return Policy

If an item is printed by a mistake we have done your product will be reprinted at no cost or your payment will be refunded.

If it's a mistake on your end, such as a typo or uploading a low resolution image and the project was approved to print by you then no refund or reprint will be available.

Please call 781-871-4705 or email info@jbsprinting.net if you have an issue with your order and we can discuss. We take refund requests on a case by case basis.
